Yes. Quotes are free and we attend call-outs free of charge. You're only charged if we carry out work or diagnostics on the visit. ### What guarantees do you offer? 2 years on workmanship, plus manufacturer warranties from 5 years minimum, 10 years on better boilers, and up to 12 years on Worcester Bosch. ### Do you really answer 24 hours? Calvin answers the phone whenever he can, it's not a staffed night line. We aim to attend emergency call-outs the same day. ### How do payments work? 50% deposit to book, balance on completion (staged payments on bathroom jobs). We accept card, bank transfer and cash. ### What fuels do you cover? Gas only at present. We're not currently OFTEC registered, no oil boiler work. ### How fast do you turn quotes around?
